This is a 1932 Soviet Union 10 Kopek coin. The reverse depicts a worker at an anvil with a hammer, with the denomination '10 КОП' on a shield, and the inscription 'СОЮЗ СОВЕТСКИХ СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКИХ РЕСПУБЛИК' (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics).
